Replace the Air Filter

The maintenance service technician may have done it for you, but replacing the air filter is more of a quarterly job and not an annual or biannual one. The simple task of changing filters keeps the air flowing nicely and alleviates any stress on the motor.

Program the Thermostat

Clean the condenser coil in particular; all you’ll need is a soft brush and a fin comb for the coil fins. A clean condenser coil will more effectively release heat from your home.
